1. How soon will I receive the design package?
All plans, drawings, and selections are delivered within 5 business days of the consultation. Rush options may be available — contact us to confirm.
2. Can you work within an existing layout?
Yes. We can work within your constraints, redesign completely, or find a middle ground. Let us know what’s already agreed upon between you and your client.
3. What’s included in the $500 package?
Two hours of client consultation
Layout planning, finish selections, and cabinet design
CAD plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
Additional time is billed at $125/hour.
Admin time related to cabinet, counter, or flooring procurement through Kitchens Rx is not billed hourly.
4. How will we communicate?
Documents and invoices are sent by email. We’re also available via phone or text during active projects.
5. Do I need to stay involved with the client?
Not unless you want to. We’re happy to work with your client directly.
6. Will materials be delivered install-ready?
Yes. Cabinets and other materials will arrive ready for install, clearly labeled and matched to the design.
7. What if the design includes non-standard details?
We’ll either ship them ready-to-go or include modification instructions, based on your preference.
8. What happens if the client changes their mind after ordering?
Change orders may incur additional time and restocking fees. Custom pieces are final sale. Some stock items may be returnable.
9. Can you help with reselecting materials if the budget shifts?
Yes. We can recommend lower-cost options or adjust the layout to help the project stay on budget.
10. Do you offer cabinet-only design or full kitchen planning?
We do both. The design package scales based on scope. Full plans may require additional design time billed hourly.
